Learn to Build a 90-Minute Ayurvedic Shirodhara Service

This is a live virtual Shirodhara training and demonstration, performed on a model from beginning to end.

You will watch the complete service in real time while I explain what I am doing, why I am doing it, and how each step fits into a 90-minute client experience.

We will cover:

• Preparing the client and setting expectations • Setting up the room, equipment and oils • Using music and aroma as part of the experience • Introduction to Marma point activation • Shiro Abhyanga head and scalp massage • Preparing and positioning the client for Shirodhara • Performing Shirodhara using manual and electric methods • Oil flow, temperature and practical technique • Transitioning the client out of Shirodhara • Managing the hair and oil after the service • Simple value-adds that can enhance your treatment • Building these elements into a complete 90-minute signature service

You will be able to watch, take notes and ask questions during the live training.

Participants will also receive a Shirodhara training guide, product and equipment recommendations, room setup guidance, digital badge and certificate of completion.

This training is designed to give you a practical framework that you can take back to your own spa or wellness practice and begin developing your Shirodhara service.
